Too Good to Pass Up

At the beginning of the year, I made a vow to seriously curtail my gaming hours and budget.

I’ve been pretty good about that, and it’s showing with things getting done had been in the to-do list for way to long while my monthly credit card bill is shrinking (I pay it off every month, but now there’s less to pay off).

But I gave that vow a pretty good ding this week when I picked up the just released Player’s Handbook 2 for 4th Edition Dungeons & Dragons. I payed cover price at my friendly local game store.

I could go in depth on why I thought this was a must buy, but Martin Ralya over at Gnome Stew and Wolfgang Baur at Kobold Quarterly do that job admirably.

Instead, I will sum it up in two words: Gnome Sorcerers!
