Freedom, truth, love, beauty.
Just saw, coming home from the hardware store, we now have a “Balkan Foods” grocery store in the neighborhood to the west of ours.
There is already an “African Foods” grocery a block away from this new grocer.
The small gas station a block from our house secretly holds a Japanese market and a few blocks north is a Vietnamese grocer that I hear has the best noodle bowl within four states (don’t know if the fourth is Montana or Iowa; could be either) and at least one Canadian provence (it hasn’t bubbled up to the top of my “lunch list” yet, I fall back on fast food chains too often, like any other USian).
Downtown has a vegetarian grocer and restaurant that has lines out the door during lunch hours.
There is an “international market” grocer right along Main Ave too.
Fargo continues to amaze me. I love where I live.
