Interesting.
This is being compared to the Pixar deal, but Pixar wasn’t nearly as big as Marvel.
Off the top of my head, I think overall this will probably be bad for the comics industry, but very good for Marvel ($4 Billion good, obviously). Marvel was already the titan of the industry, with DC as the giant, and a few little guys and independents.
